Common Ground is a free place to find dance and movement events. By using it you agree to these terms.
Being kind
Common Ground is for lifting each other up. Please add only events that are real and publicly announced, in plain, kind words. We may hide an event that is wrong, not an event, or unkind.
What you add
When you add an event or a picture, you say you may share it. It is shown to everyone. Hosts and facilitators may change the events they host; every change is shown in the event's history.
No promises
Events are added by people, so details can be wrong or change. Check with the host before you go. Common Ground is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for events or for what happens at them.
Text message program terms
- Program: Common Ground text messages. They are (1) a sign-in or verification code when you ask for one, and (2) alerts about events that match the areas and kinds you chose, and reminders for events you asked to be reminded about.
- Agreeing: you receive texts only if you enter your own mobile number and tick the box agreeing to them. Agreeing is not required to use Common Ground.
- How many: message frequency varies, up to 3 messages a day, and usually a few a month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Common Ground does not charge for texts.
- Stop: reply STOP at any time. You get one confirmation, then no more texts. Reply START to sign up again.
- Help: reply HELP, or write to hello@common-ground.dance.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent to US numbers.
